How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the weight of the items that are being purchased. A guide to the prices are as follows:

How long will my order take?
Most standard spares, such as replacement motors, filters and carbons are dispatched within 24 hours Mon-Thurs, if the order is placed before 1pm. For items such as dust extractors, these are built to order and will therefore take longer to arrive and be dependent on stock levels - contact us or telephone for a more details.
I haven't received my delivery. What do I do now?
For items sent via the Royal Mail, you should notify us if you haven't received your items after 7 days. For items sent via our courier, you should notify us within 48 hours.
