Thermal overloadLeave machine to cool for 15 minutes and switch on. If the motor still doesn't run, it will need replacing.

Should I be concerned that the bag is drawn up into the extractor?

Don't panic, this is quite normal and shows the machine has good suction.

Why did the bag burst when the machine was turned on?

The machine could be drawing too much vacuum, which can be resolved by introducing a pressure relief valve/device.

Why does the system have no suction at the dust generator?

There are a number of possible reasons:
CausesActions
Incorrect assembly of motor unit or poly sackCheck for obvious signs of incorrect assembly
Filters are blockedClean or change filters
Hose or ducting is blockedClear blockage

Why is there excessive motor noise coming from my machine?

This could be due to worn or damaged components, which will require the replacement of the motor assembly.

Should I be concerned that warm air is blowing from the motor cover?

Don't worry, this is quite normal as the motors exhaust warm air whilst in use.

All of our machines are handcrafted in the UK
